About The Game

Fighting Force is an action-packed 3D beat ’em up game developed by Core Design and published by Eidos Interactive. The game was released in 1997 for the PlayStation, Microsoft Windows, and Dreamcast. The player takes control of one of four characters: Hawk Manson, Alana McKendrick, Ben Jackson, and Mace Daniels. Each character has their own unique fighting style and special moves. The story follows the four characters as they battle their way through hordes of enemies in order to stop the evil Dr. Dex Zeng from taking over the world with his army of mutants and robots. The player must fight their way through six levels set in various locations around the world such as New York City, Tokyo, Egypt, and South America. Along the way they must face off against bosses such as a giant robot spider and a robotic dinosaur. The gameplay consists of side-scrolling action with a variety of weapons to choose from including guns, knives, grenades, and more.
