About The Game

Resident Evil 5 is a horror-survival game developed and published by Capcom. It is the seventh installment in the Resident Evil series, and was released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2009. The game follows Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar, two members of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), as they investigate a terrorist threat in Kijuju, a fictional region of Africa. The game features an action-oriented third-person shooter style of gameplay, with an emphasis on cooperative play. Players must work together to survive against hordes of enemies and solve puzzles to progress through the story. The game also features a variety of weapons, including handguns, shotguns, rifles, explosives and melee weapons. Players can also upgrade their weapons with special parts found throughout the game. The story follows Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar as they investigate a terrorist threat in Kijuju. They soon discover that an organization known as Tricell is behind the terrorist activities in Kijuju. As they investigate further, they uncover a sinister plot involving bio-organic weapons (BOWs) created by Tricell’s pharmaceutical division. As Chris and Sheva battle their way through Kijuju, they are confronted by hordes of BOWs created by Tricell’s scientists. In addition to fighting off these creatures, players must also solve puzzles to progress through the story.
