About The Game

Skylanders: Trap Team is an action-adventure video game developed by Toys for Bob and published by Activision. It is the fourth installment in the Skylanders series and was released in October 2014 for multiple platforms. The game follows the same premise as its predecessors, where players take control of a Skylander character to battle enemies and complete various objectives. However, this time around, players can also capture villains using special traps and use them to their advantage. Players begin their journey in the Cloudbreak Islands, where they must find and capture Kaos’ minions who have escaped from Cloudcracker Prison. To do this, they must use special traps to capture these villains before they can cause any more trouble. The captured villains can then be used as allies to help the player progress through the game. Along with capturing villains, players will also have to battle enemies, solve puzzles, and explore various levels in order to collect items that will help them on their quest. In addition to capturing villains, players can also customize their Skylander characters with new abilities and weapons as well as upgrade their traps with new powers. There are over 40 different traps that can be used throughout the game which adds an extra layer of strategy when it comes to taking down enemies or completing objectives. The game also features a two-player co-op mode which allows two players to team up and take on missions together. Skylanders: Trap Team is an exciting adventure that blends action-packed combat with puzzle solving elements for an enjoyable experience for all ages.
